the collections designed by Jorge Pensi Design Studio are competing for the Delta Awards
The ADI-FAD Industrial Design Association has officially announced the shortlist of 203 projects competing for the Delta Awards 2026, the prestigious annual event recognising excellence in industrial design and design culture in Spain.
Now in their 43rd edition, the Delta Awards continue to represent a key benchmark for the industry, aiming to recognise professional projects that stand out for their innovation, quality and impact in industrial design.
Diego side table and Plural Soft multiple seating — both designed by Jorge Pensi Design Studio for Pedrali — have been selected this year in the “Indoor Equipment” category.
Lightweight and agile, Diego design offers maximum flexibility and adaptability, improving comfort and ergonomics while working or relaxing. The base comes with four spokes, with the front two being asymmetrical to the rear ones, allowing the table to be positioned as close to the seating as possible. The steel tube column confers stability, while the knob enables a simple and intuitive adjustment.
Plural Soft is the evolution of Plural seating: the multiple seats, now available in the upholstered version, are even more comfortable and cosy while maintaining a minimalist design. Designed for dynamic waiting areas, Plural Soft stands out for its functionality, strength, and durability, while adding a distinctive character to the environment. The versatility of its components enables multiple configurations with three, four, six and nine
seats, defining spaces while conveying a visual rhythm.
The selected projects will be showcased in the “Delta Awards 2026” exhibition, opening on July 22 at the Disseny Hub Barcelona and running until 6 September.
