Small gestures to share the magic of Christmas

Our very best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a New Year full of joy and wonder
Christmas is that time of year when we embrace the holiday spirit and devote ourselves more than ever, with commitment and dedication, to bringing joy and serenity to those less fortunate. For this very reason, we have decided - with immense happiness - once again to support some of the entities, projects and initiatives that are particularly close to our hearts, with a view to helping the young, the most vulnerable, those in need. Because “giving” is a profound word, one that declares an unconditional love that demands nothing in return.
We have renewed our support to 21Grammi®, a restaurant in the city of Brescia, which offers employment opportunities and social inclusion to the young people of Centro Bresciano Down. We have supported this social project, established in 2016, right from the onset by donating our furniture, with the aim of creating a welcoming environment in which young people with down syndrome can learn to become independent, learn a job and develop their professional skills.
Our commitment to children and young people continues with our renewed support for the Emera project, active in the city and province of Brescia, which addresses situations of difficulty and fragility caused by distressful family circumstances. Pedrali supports this project, promoted by the non-profit organization ABFA (a Brescia-based association of foster families), by covering the costs necessary to offer psychological support and promote socialisation and digital citizenship.
For over 35 years now, we have been supporting the Shalom Community, founded in 1986 in Palazzolo sull'Oglio, which helps and supports young people in the difficult fight against drug addiction, as well as women, men and children, coming from all over Italy, experiencing difficult situations with the aim of providing concrete study and work opportunities to promote social rehabilitation and reintegration.
The #pedrali4education project is also continuing to support education and initiatives promoted by schools. In addition, we have renewed our support to the Cristoforo Marzoli Institute of Higher Education in Palazzolo sull’Oglio, endorsing the projects planned for school year 2023-2024, including the allocation of merit-based awards. We have also chosen to support the High School students who attend the San Bernardino Salesian Institute in Chiari and "La Traccia" High School in Calcinate, with the aim of encouraging the inclusion in schools of students with special educational needs, by promoting their integration so that they can achieve individual and social growth.
Finally, we have confirmed our support to Fondazione della Comunità Bergamasca, founded in 2000 with the aim of improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the province of Bergamo by promoting social solidarity and cultural development initiatives and strengthening the local social capital.
